New Learning & Development awards available

There are a number of new professional development awards in Learning & Development available through David Brown Training including:

Certificate in Delivering Training in the Workplace Certificate in Supporting Learning in the Workplace These awards are accredited by SQA.

Who are these qualifications for?
These qualifications are aimed at those involved in the delivery of frontline training, either in the workplace or more formal training environments. They are appropriate for trainers working in a range of different organisations, especially training providers and “in-house” training departments and trainers.

What’s involved?
The Awards stated above each contain four Units of competence <link to bottom>. Where required, David Brown Training will present a ‘master class’ for the topics chosen. Individuals will return to their place of work and focus on the development of their own skills and present their evidence using the DBT Unit assessment pack. These work effectively with individuals working as remotely as Baku! (Azerbaijan)

Benefits?
Do we have to sell the benefits of effective training? These awards enable individuals to develop, improve and accredit their training skills. A significant added benefit is that many organisations will experience a significant improvement to their existing training processes and resources.

Choose four Units in total as follows:
