  • Advanced Award (Foundation Certificate in Teaching, Training and Development from City & Guilds)

The Management Workplace Programme (1998/9)
The development, marketing and delivery of various Management Awards to businesses throughout the Scottish Enterprise Grampian Area

  • The Personnel Selection Award (Unit of Competence from the S/NVQ in Management at Level IV)
  • The Staff Performance and Appraisal Award (Unit of Competence from the S/NVQ in Management at Level IV)
  • The Initial Trainer Award
  • The Risk Assessors Award (This Award consists of two Units of Competence from the S/NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety Practice at Level III.)
