|
| For practising managers or supervisors with tightly defined
areas of responsibility; some limited opportunity for taking
decisions and managing budgets; responsibility for achieving
specific results by using resources effectively; and responsibility
for allocating work to team members, colleagues or contractors. |

- Maintain activities to meet requirements
- Support the efficient use of resources
- Manage yourself
- Create effective working relationships
- Manage information for action
Plus 2 Optional Units |

N/SVQ Level IV in Management
|
For practising managers with responsibility for allocating
work to others;
achieving specific results by using resources effectively;
carrying out policy in defined area of authority; controlling
limited financial budgets; and
contributing to broader activities, such as change programmes
and recruitment. |

- Contribute to improvements at work

- Develop productive working relationships
- Provide information to support decision making

Modern Apprenticeship in Management Level
III & IV
|
| For Team Leaders, Supervisors through to emerging and established
First Line Managers. The MA encompasses the N/SVQ in Management
and NEBS Management Introductory Certificate in Management. |
Successful completion of Level III or IV N/SVQ in Management
plus two additional N/SVQ Units and the NEBS Management
Introductory Certificate in Management will result in the
Modern Apprenticeship in Management.
