| This qualification is aimed at those who have management
responsibility for learning and development and are involved
in identifying organisational learning and development needs
and planning the implementation of learning and development
objectives. They will also be responsible for the improvement
of a range of learning and development programmes. |

P2 Develop a strategy and plan to provide all people
resources for the organisation
L2 Identify the learning and development needs of the organisation

N/SVQ Level IV in Co-ordination of Learning & Development
Provision
|
This qualification is aimed at those who are involved in
the delivery of learning programmes to individuals and groups.
It requires candidates to identify the learning aims, needs
and styles of individuals and to design and evaluate programmes
to meet those individual’s requirements.
The award is more concerned with the facilitation of a broader
range of learning opportunities with individuals and groups,
rather than the direct instructional training addressed by
the N/SVQ at Level III. |
